Hello Everyone!!!!

Quick Pixel Size question please. If you go to the Blog Link:
http://www.doceremedspa.com/blog

You will see the big Main Blog of course on the Left and the smaller mini EasyBlog Showcase on the right hand side column.

For any pictures IN the mini EasyBlog Showcase on the right to just show 1 Post (because as you can see in the Mini Blog their is the first Blue "Subborn Post" and then to the right is the White "24 Hour" second post) what is the correct Pixel size in Width and in Height that I need to have for ANY picture that I place into the main Blog so that when the EasyBlog Showcase on the right hand side pulls then they will be nice and even per Post IN the EasyBlog Showcase?

I would think their needs to be an ideal Width and in Height in Pixels that I can have for pictures in the main blog and I can resize these of course :-)

I just need to know the best Width and in Height in Pixels so when the EasyBlog Showcase pulls them they can be nice and even.

Thank You!!!

Yes, that is correct. I had to disable the Easy Blog, it was crashing the website.

Website has to stay up, any idea what is going on? You have the access codes.

Please let me know, thank you.

Hello Lori,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Sorry but we don't actually have the access to the site and I am not really sure how to reproduce this issue on your site. When accessing http://www.doceremedspa.com/ , I don't seem to notice any "showcase"

Correct again, I'm not sure what to do about your product. When I turn Easy Blog ON it crashes the website. That is why I disabled Easy Blog.

I cannot have the client complaining about a down Website, and now the next step is if I can't get Easy Blog to work then we need to ask for our money back and look for another 3rd party Blog system that won't crash the website.

PLEASE understand, the client cannot have the website crashing, this just cannot be happening.

So having said that what do we do? You have the access codes if you want to take a look, if you turn Easy Blog ON then the sight will begin crashing.

Open to ideas my friend, let me know by this Monday.

Thanks so much.

Here you go Arlex.

EasyBlog, EasyBlog Latest Blogs, EasyBlog Showcase are all disabled IN > Admin > Extensions > Extensions Manager > Manage > (Filter Disabled - so the website does not crash)

Up to this point toady the Site has not been crashing since I turned these 3 OFF, please keep me posted on anything you find ASAP because I need to get back to the client with some sort of decision and FYI, thier is no back up to the Site just yet - please keep that in mind.

Thank you!

I see that you have turned on the Blog, so far the website is not crashing.

EasyBlog Showcase needs to be on the right hand side column as it was before, It's at this point where the crashing started last time.

EasyBlog Showcase has to be stable not crashing the Site, if it cannot be turned on because of crashing than I need to let the client know so that we can move on and ask for our money back. Tomorrow is Monday July 21st and the client twill be waiting for an answer so PLEASE understand I have to tell them either:

A: Everything is working good and the the website is not crashing.

OR

B: Easyblog will not work and we are asking for a refund.

I have tell them one of these 2 things.

Please let me know.

Thank you.

I Disabled (DOCERE LATEST BLOGS) because that particular one does not need to be on at the moment, let's keep watching the website and see what happens from here. OK?, please keep this thread open for a few more days OK?

Can you answer my other original on the best Pixels size please at the start of this email thread?

Hello Lori Leonard,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply and messed up response on this question, because all focus on your site crashed issues in previous post
Please find your answer in your queries below :

#1. OK, thank you. What did you do different that what I did before so that that I can understand?
>> You're welcome, do you mean the site didn't crashed after i published Easyblog extension, Easyblog Latest blog post module and Easyblog showcase module in your site? Actually I didn't do any changes in your site, when i published those module/extension then i didn't hit any site crash.

#2. I Disabled (DOCERE LATEST BLOGS) because that particular one does not need to be on at the moment, let's keep watching the website and see what happens from here. OK?, please keep this thread open for a few more days OK?
>> Okay, keep us updated then.

#3. Can you answer my other original on the best Pixels size please at the start of this email thread?
>> In my opinion, I'm not encourage you set the Easyblog showcase module in your right position, because all the content/image pixel already made it display not so nicely. But I have tried to add this CSS code in your template css file JoomlaFolder/templates/rt_clarion_responsive/css/template.css

#mod_showcase .showcase-image img {
max-width: 218px !important;
}

Check my screenshot below and see is it meet your requirement?

OK that looks good.

But more specifically - when I am doing a new Blog Post is their a best Size in pixel width and height for any FUTURE pictures that would be best overall for the Showcase?

I can size any FUTURE Pics for Posts, what I need to know is is their a best preferred pixel width and height for future pictures that makes it easy for the showcase to look nice and even?

I'm looking for a best pixel number here from you please.

Hello Lori Leonard,

Actually that was no best pixel number for the image, because the EasyBlog showcase module will auto generate to specify pixel fit in your site position and depend on the CSS. In my opinion, you have to use the blog image, because it will display on standard blog image size.
Hope this help.
