BBCode editor not parsing html tags after upgrade from 3.x to 4.x

Hi,

I have upgraded easy discuss from 3.x to 4.x. but BBcode editor not doing its job. when I enter html, some times it breaks html and sometimes it show as it is with the tag as in secreenshot1 (attached image)

and the result after saving as in secreenshot2 (attached image)

what could be the problem?
What is the original content posted? If what you have posted above, the content is already wrong.



Can you please provide the exact content used so that I can reproduce and test this?

Hi, you can see the original content in the secreenshot1.png and the output in secreenshot2.png.

I have not posted anything new. Everything was working fine in 3.x until I upgraded to 4.x. Now some discussions show output like secreenshot2.png.

Looks like upgrade was like a nightmare for me.
