BB-code panel is not displayed correctly

Hello!

In the template, the BB-code panel is not displayed correctly if you edit your comment (Blog post).
p.s. if you disable the BB-panel, then when you edit your comment it is displayed

Thanks for the videos. Seems like i still cannot replicate them on my local. Can you provide us with that particular site so that we can further check on this issues?
