Looks like you would need to render jQuery version of Komento on the page as your jQuery copy from Joomla seems to be not working correctly (Not too sure if there is a plugin on the site which is affecting this)

I have turned this on under Settings > System and it works fine now.

Thanks Mark for your quick reply (and solution ). I do have JQuery Easy installed but it is disabled. So maybe a different plugin is causing this?

There could be a possibility that other plugins are causing this but I guess the safest would be to activate the jQuery in Komento as that is the only failsafe method
