Can anyone recommend the best tool and/or approach to batch creation of users in an ES Joomla site?

To be honest, I am not aware of any apps that has such functionality but it seems like JED has one, https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/import-users-to-easysocial-from-excel-or-csv-file/
