Correct me if i misunderstood and explain me for what you are talking about.

Yes In the Plans that the user will see, there is only the price without tax. The tax will be added in the next step.
But i want to show the Price including Tax in the Plan as well.

What???? Really??? It is not possible to Show the Price inclusiv Tax in the Plans????? That really really bad for countries like germany.
And this was no Problem in older Versions of Payplans. I'm really disappointed.....

And i wish, that customers can not choose the country, since i´m only selling in Germany.

Go to Settings > Countries and unpublish all countries except Germany

Unfortunately in the Joomla world if the developper is not based in Europe you get crap invoicing systems...

It seems like you are right after I checked the older version of Payplans and currently we can't recall what is the main reason we removed this option in Payplans 4.x version yet.

For now, I'll log this into our issue tracker and see if it's possible to add back this option without causing any other issues.
