Hi Arlex,

I was able to change the Sign Up button , but the Browser Tab "Basic Information" was not found.

On usual pages this can be modified in Menu>Edit Item> Page Display

But I can't find equivalent for this page.

Will appreciate your guidance.

Hi Nev,
Referring to the first screenshot, do you mean the 'Basic Information' on the browser tab? If that is so, the string actually follows the Profile Type registration steps Title. You have to head to Profile Types>chooseProfile>Custom Fields>Basic Information>Edit to edit the title of that registration step for that profile type. Whatever you entered as the title of the step will correspond with the string which is displayed in the browser tab. Hopefully this helped.
If this is not what you meant, perhaps you can include a screenshot to better point us in the right direction?
