Hello,

We have EasyBlog installed on our website (http://www.i3health.us). Ours frontpage lists introductions to our latest articles. We would like to include banner advertisements on the actual article page itself. Is this possible?

Michael
Hey Michael,

It seems like the banner module has some specific rules in the module assignment but I have duplicated that module and created a new module called "Blog Post Banner" and configured your post to render that module. It will work correctly now.

Hey Michael,

There are several methods of achieving this depending on how you want to place the ad. These are some of the methods that can be applied:

1. If you want the same advertisement module to appear on all single article pages, you could just place a module in the module position of easyblog-after-content which appears after the content.

2. If you want selective modules to appear depending on your content, you could manually add a module block into your post. This allows you to render a module on the post.

3. If you want selective modules to appear on a module position defined in your template but only want it to appear on the entry pages, you could:

- Create a new menu item that links to EasyBlog's frontpage layout.
- Configure EasyBlog to use the menu id of the newly created menu under Settings > SEO > Advanced, http://take.ms/EJJk1
- Configure your ad module to only appear on the newly menu that you have created.

Hi Mark,

We have decided to go with option 2 and have inserted a Flexbanner module at the end of our most recently published article ("Treatment Selection Considerations in Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer With Robert Dreicer, MD"). Although the Flexbanner module does appear in the preview version, when you click on the article title from the frontpage to access the full text, the Flexbanner banner is not there. Please advise.
