Ban user: How to let user know about ban reason?

Hello.

I need an advice about ban user.

User can be banned forever or on few minutes.
What happen after it? User can't login and nobody can't visit his profile page (only admins can)?

How can user understand that he was banned forever or few minutes?

How user can know the reason of ban?

Admin can post Story with reason on hos profile page, but user can't see it?

What should I try?

I am not sure what do you mean here. Can you provide us with some screenshot so that we can have a better understanding of it?

Admin can visit user profile, post Story on his page (with reasons of banning)... But user will not see it?

Hey there,

Admin can view user profile being banned is correct behavior.

And, the reason being banned and user being banned receive email about it feature has been added in EasySocial 3.1 internally.
