Hi. I have an Italian site in which I've isntalled Komento.
But there is a problem. From some days a user has started to write many many comments in Romanian. And since my site is for Italians, this is noisy. However I don't think that he is a bot, as using google translate seems that he really express concepts related to articles. So I would ban him from Komento but not ban him from the site. How can I do?
