This is not possible currently but if you want to customize this, you can always modify the file /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/badges/badges.php

i want to have 7 Badges , Star 1 to Star 7 and each Badges will be earned when a user earns 1000 points.
for example. if you earn 1000 points you get Start 1, if you earn another 1000 point, you get start 2 and that is how it will go until you get to star 7.

Currently the badges cannot be configured this way. Customizing this will actually take up a lot of time and I am afraid we will not be able to assist you with this.

please explain to me what us the essence of the points. there should be something that will keep the members returning to the site and being active

Points are different than achievements. We built a platform so users can collect points and there could be 3rd party extensions that developers a point usage / spending extension that can make use of these points.
