My colleague actually requested both the admin and FTP access but from what I can see here, I am only seeing the FTP access. In order for us to be able to assist you, could you please edit your first post and include both the site and FTP access as well?

It seems that when you save those new badge, without any descriptions, it will return you those error. Maybe you can try to replace attached files at this path .../administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/controllers/badges.php and see how it goes

I just put the new file on my ftp, when creating a badge, I no longer have the error message 404 ... but only the following message:
"Save badge failed" and the dashboard remains open and on the badges page.

Yes it is. It is intended to be that way actually. You are required to enter those descriptions in order to save it. Please advice.
