It seems like you provided that login user account do not have activate yet, this is what I hitting now :

Hi William Hawthorne,

Seems like there is some issue regarding this, where when admin from the page commented a stream item it should change the admin username to page name automatically http://screencast.com/t/W7DJ8fWCw
I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developer will an action regarding this. We will keep you update on this.
