Backup takes very long during EasySocial files

I have found many times that my Akeeba Backup takes very long because he seem to be very slow during all the EasySocial files like ...public_html/media/com_easysocial/photos/103/115 It takes up to an hour before he gets further than about 71% backup.

Could there be a reason for this? I use 1.4.7 and my host is running on fast SSD drives now but is still slow on this task.

I am sorry for the late reply and inconvenience caused. Can you provide us with your Joomla's back end and FTP login credential, so we can troubleshoot further on this?

hey Frank,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've checked in your server file public_html/media/com_easysocial/photos/.. , a lot of photo folder also have bigger image size, for example you can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

In other word, it will took a long period to backup in Akeeba extension.
