I have checked in your site PHP information, it seems like you haven't disable all the magic_quotes, see my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/e351ZGFQdW
so you need to contact with your hosting provider to help you disable all the frontend and backend magic_quotes, after disable magic_quotes then you try to create a new post (including this word " don't ") and see how it goes? Please advise.
