Has anything changed since 1.1.x ? Just want to make sure generated content is contained in the following two folders:
/media/avatars/
/media/photos/

Yes, there are a lot of changes made on the theme files but structures for storage wise, I would recommend that you wait for 1.3 as we'll be adding the settings for this.
