Hi,

Just want to make a report.

I see a shaking, jerky movement when scroll down to bottom of Easysocial backend admin page.
So far I've found this on backend admin Dashboard, Profile Types, Albums, Polls, Reports & Stream.
I've tested it on Microsoft Edge & Chrome so far and it appear in Chrome but not Edge.

What I did was;

1) Made a fresh install of Joomla 3.7.2 with sample data, multi languages (Arabic & Malay, default to en-GB).
2) Install EasySocial 2.0.18
3) Go to Easysocial backend dashboard - Languages and install Arabic and Malay.

This is just a test site. (see at 'Additional message' for access info to this site)

Thanks.
Hi Syabab,

I've tried to replicate this issue locally, seems I cannot reproduce it https://www.screencast.com/t/nyAgE9Ff
and seems like your test site is using Joomla 3.7.1 but in you replicate steps need to use Joomla 3.7.2.

Hi,

I think you check the wrong site. It is 3.7.2. I've updated the site details.

Please advice.

Thanks

I've access your site using chrome, seems shows fine without any shaking/jerky movement happened
refer my video here: https://www.screencast.com/t/prbnLq2cfj
Perhaps can you disable extensions in your chrome browser and clear cache.

Hi,

I did an extended display from my laptop to external monitor.
I just found out that this error only happened on my external display, 1920x1080. On laptop display, which is 1366x768, it's fine. I've mention that this is only on Chrome, but it's not...it's occured on Edge as well.
I've clear cache and everything on chrome, reset it, and even uninstall and install it back.
And it's a fresh new install of Windows 10.

For this, you can see it here; https://www.screencast.com/t/xO2lJIg5VW

To check this, I've made a fresh install of 3 new site of Joomla 3.7.2.
1 - sample data (learn joomla)
2 - sample data (none)
3 - sample data (learn joomla) (multilingual - English UK, Arabic, Malay)

All with Easysocial 2.0.18. Mentioned error occured to all of these installations.

Finally I've made one new fresh install of Joomla site 3.7.2, with sample data set to 'None'.
Then install an older version of EasySocial 2.0.16.

Error is not there anymore. For this you can see it here; https://www.screencast.com/t/4x5ivqkJBQP

But...when I removed the update notification (red background), it's there again, exact same error
For this you can see it here; https://www.screencast.com/t/0leEyNxmcP7

Hope this info can help.

Thanks.

Thanks Syabab for the clear steps on how to replicate this. I've tried to replicate this issue locally, and seems I can reproduce it. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developers will take an action for this.

Thanks for your understanding.
