Hi.
Seems I am running into quite a few bugs/issues this afternoon.

I wanted to deselect all my "featured" posts from appearing on the frontpage. I selected all items by using the top-most checkbox, and then clicked the "Frontpage" button at the top of the screen.

The first item now has a blue "scheduled" icon in the "Frontpage" column, and all others were still selected as being on the frontpage.

Once an entry gets this blue "scheduled" icon, the only way to clear it is to physically edit the entry and remove the frontpage option from inside the editor.

I've attached a screenshot of what I saw.

Dave
Hello Dave,

Please replace the attached files in:
../administrator/components/com_easyblog/controllers/blogs.php
../administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/post/post.php

Hope this helps.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
If an item is not set to appear on the "FrontPage" and you select it from the backend by clicking on the red "X", it also goes to a "Scheduled" icon (see attached image).

Hi Nik.
Unfortunately this has not corrected the issue I am seeing. In fact, if anything, it's made it worse! When I now click either a single item "frontpage" icon, or select all items and click the "FrontPage" button, I am just presented with the white-screen of death!

Hey Dave,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply, I just got back from Vietnam after visiting the offices of both Joomlashine and Joomlart. I believe the reason that you are getting the "white screen of death" after applying Nik's modifications is probably because you are using an older version of EasyBlog.

Can you update to the latest version, 5.0.22 and see if you are still hitting such issues?

Hey Dave,

Yep, it was a great experience for all of us and we're looking at more options to collaborate in the future with the guys over at Joomlart and Joomlashine

Anyway, thanks for updating, and glad that your issues are resolved now Dave
