Back Button Forgot Username and Password

Hello,

Unlike the Register New Account Page, the Forgot Username and Forgot Password Pages do not have a back button.
Users are trapped.

Thanks for finding out the issue. It seems like this is only occur on our public app. I will log this down and get it fixed as soon as possible.
