Before the holidays in December I set up an Amazon Web Services account for my main site and test site so I could store the EasySocial photos on AWS S3.

I thought I set it up properly and didn't check it until today. It does not appear to be working. I followed all the steps in the documentation that I created, and set up all the fields properly (or at least I think I did) from what I can see, but when I upload some test photos on the main site and the test site, I do not see anything showing on the AWS S3 end in the buckets.

I am not sure why I can't get this to work properly?????? At a loss after a few hours testing and double checking everything.

Any assistance appreciated.

Randall
Hello Randall,

I have tried to login to your AWS Console with the provided login credentials but it's not working unfortunately

Mark,

Thank you for checking into this for me. I have added the email and pw for you. I just logged into it to check the login works.

Hello Randall,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have checked your issue and it was because the "Storage path" is set wrongly. I have set it to the correct settings and the Remote Storage now works Hope this helps.

Thanks!
