Where do I put the avatar photos to keep them from reverting back after I update Easysocial?

I have my own custom avatars and everytime I update, i have to upload them again. I know you can add css files to the template/html directory but does this work for avatars/images?

Hm, sorry but not too sure if I understand you here. Do you mean the default avatars for users?

I was wondering the same thing myself. Not high up on my "need" list, but it certainly would be a nice addition.
