Further to my post http://stackideas.com/forums/avatar-list-is-messed-up I can confirm my avatar list has messed up again.

I think I may know the sequence of events that causes it :

I had two profile types, both set up ok and with different avatars set up (one called Member and one called Professional.
I deleted the profile type Professional. (This caused the avatar list in the remaining Member profile type to be messed up but I did not realise straight away.)
I then opened and copied the Member profile, changing the name to Professional.
When I looked at the avatar list I saw it was messed up in the new profile type and the original profile type.

To check this I opened my test site and repeated the action, checking the avatar list step by step - this is when I found that the deletion of the "Professional" profile type messed up the avatar list in the Member profile type.

I have reset my test site so it is as it should be and that will allow you to then follow above actions and see the bug I hope.

Having got the "messed up" avatar list, you should also then find that when you try and delete one of the many men in ties, you will get an error message "Sorry, but the sytem wasn't able to delete the file. Please delete the file manually." but it does appear it has deleted it anyway.
Hello Andrew Heritage,

Sorry for late reply to this,
This will be fix in next release version. But unfortunately that was a bug when deleting the profile type also will delete another profile type that avatar, so you have to re-upload again with your profile type avatar.

Ok, will look forward to the fixed version, but at least I understand what causes this issue now and so will avoid doing that sequence of events.
