Hi Support

This is weird. suddenly this module here (Module mod_easysocial_users) started behaving strangely!! All the avatars are showing in a vertical line and the little previews for the Easy Social profiles do not show any more. Previously I had a box with I think it was 3 times 4 profiles. What I changed recently was I installed the JSN Corsa Template for Easy Social. They actually had a theme in addition to the template that I had to install in the Easy Social Theme section!!!

hey paul,
looking at your site it seems that the styles can't be found. the jsn template tries to get them from http://finalbug.net/components/com_easysocial/themes/jsn_corsa/styles/style.min.css but is not able to locate them.
try to check if the file exists at that location and if not try to manually move it there. that's where you problem is coming from. hope that helps

Thanks for that. You are absolutely right the file is not there. I am currently trying to reinstall the file it from a back up that I am downloading. If I had done this with the template people it would have taken 7-10 days to find a solution!!!

Hello Paul,

If you are paying for the template, you should utilize for their support Otherwise, what's the point of paying them It is a little unfair to us if you are paying them but requesting support from us haha.

Yep, I take your point. When I posted I did not understand that it was a Template problem. My apologies.

Templates are my biggest headache period.

The support that this particular company offers is just painful. It is really hard to put my finger on it but when you realise that the support people are more interested in being right/cleverer than in helping you then you have a problem. Where I live we talk about a fish going rotten and when this happens it starts at the head of a fish. I can only conclude that the head of this particular template company is rotten because the support people end up being passive aggressive, assuming that, they respond at all!!!

Unfortunately, I need to stick this out with them for at least another month as I do not have the time/resources to change everything again at the moment.

Please believe me when I say, I will be my own police man and attempt to post the right question in the right forum and will avoid like the plague ;-) contaminating you and your wonderful support team. Keep up the great work. End of rant…

Thanks for understanding Paul and just so you know, we are not trying to be difficult but we're trying to manage our support queries so that the team could focus more on what we do best If their support is still bad, let me know who is dealing with your issues and I will bring this up with the Joomlashine manager. He's a pretty nice guy

I wrote to a guy called Tony 6 weeks ago the topic of the mail was

"This is the slowest support I have every received any where!!! Period!"

He was in all fairness very nice about it and promised to make things better. I will try again because after a sleepless night, I realised that I too have to draw a line...
