Is there a way to disable the avatar/profile pic of people in comments? I have seen how to do it for posts, etc. but in comments there is always an avatar and always a generic one for guests. I would like to disable all avatars for all comments, is that possible without coding changes like a setting button somewhere I am missing?
Hello Steve,

I'm sorry but there is no setting to turn off the avatar for comment. However, you might to take a look in this file: ../components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/comments/default.item.php. You can remove the avatar on line 41-45. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I guess that is a workaround for now but can I suggest this be added in an update. It kind of blows my mind this product s so complete with a ton of options but this is not one of them. If public/guests are commenting on posts and therefore don't have avatars, why would we want to waste space showing placeholder image on every comment. This workaround would need to be implemented every upgrade - please consider adding this as a simple option.
