Hi there,

I've upgraded my site to Joomla 3.0 on a test server, and I'm trying to get all extensions upgraded and looking how they were on the old site. One issue I've run into is the JomSocial avatar size on Easyblog. They are showing up as narrow lines instead of square images (as seen in the screenshot). Any quick ideas as to how I might fix this?
The Joomla logins provided are not working, http://screencast.com/t/3slVafSCf . Anyway, it seems like this issue only occurs on Safari and Chrome and the reason that the avatar is being squashed is because your Joomla template is enforcing a max-width of 100%, http://screencast.com/t/ss8P2MLYABh

To fix this, all you need to do is to add the block of css codes below into your template's css file,

P/S: You really should contact your template club and get them to stop resetting img styles this way as it will affect any plugins / modules which uses img tags. It's a pretty silly css definition if you ask me.

Hi there,

Can you provide us your joomla backend, FTP access and URL website so we can check on your current issue directly on your site.

Thanks,
Zue

Yes. It's a private test server, so I'll need your IP address to allow you access.

Hey there,

This is our current ip address, 175.142.158.174 . However, you might want to temporarily turn off ip protection until we resolve this issue so that we can work on this as sometimes we do provide support from a different location and our ip address is not static

No problem, I set up a test access login for you instead of using the IP permissions. Where can I post the login info so that it is private?

Ok, should be good to go with the site info. Let me know if you have any questions. I apologize if accessing the site is more involved than you're used to, we're just worried about security. I'm sure you understand.

So the issue is the avatars not being the correct size in the comments section. They are there, but they are squished, very tall and narrow, and I'm not certain where to find the fix for that.

Thank you!

Also, I set up a Smart Slider slideshow on the top of the home page and linked it with Easy Blog, but all the images are broken for some reason. Not sure if you have any experience with Smart Slider being compatible with Easy Blog?

The broken images could be due to a different issue -- the fact that our EasyBlog license is currently being used on our old site, which is still live for our visitors, while we upgrade this test site to Joomla 3.0. Once I modify our local host to point the IP to the domain, the images should show up. I'll try that next.
