Hi,
I have set my Avatar and it could see in the easysocial page and group, etc. However, could not see it when I make a post in the forum. Please check in attach image and help us to solve, thanks.
It looks like you only have EasySocial license and not EasyDiscuss. How did you download EasyDiscuss?

Upon looking back at the history, it looks like William has initially purchased EasyDiscuss as per ticket #55608 but has then requested us to switch the license to EasySocial.

We are only able to provide support for EasySocial only unless you purchase a support subscription for EasyDiscuss.
