Hello,

I've tried this before some Joomla components work with Easysocial. Since we have connected the Avatar source of Easy Social with Amazon S3, I have to know the right path:

In my opinion, this is something like this: https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/buckets/https-www-in-mymind-com/media/com_easysocial/avatars/users

Unfortunately, that does not work. The vendor of the components claims it's an Stackideas issue, so I'm not sure who to ask now.

I fact it´s not a big problem it is only the ride path I need to know?
Irwin Thank you very much

I really appreciate it - great work - thanks:D

Hi Peter,

May I know what is your current issue as I do not really understand what are you trying to bring it up here.

In my opinion, this is something like this: https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/buckets/https-www-in-mymind-com/media/com_easysocial/avatars/users

May I know why is it related to the above?

Because I tested it on your site and it is working fine. The path shows correctly that the avatar has been uploaded to the Amazon S3. http://take.ms/WdPyw

Can you explain more in details about it so that we can have a better understanding of it?

Hi Irwin

http://prntscr.com/n70u97

Please go to JChat Component in Administration. From there you will find EasySocial settings for avatar download. Jchat should work with Easy Social.

JChat uses EasySocial Avatar settings to correctly display profile pictures taken from EasSocial and Amazon S3 settings.

This requires the avatar path to point to AmasonS3 to find the avatar source.

You can see that Jchat uses EasySocial avatars, but they must be found somehow. It looks path I am using is not set properly.

Hi there,

It seems that the path in 'Easysocial remote server avatars path' is not correct. I had helped you to correct it and it should be working fine now.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?
