I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You can actually turn this on in the Global settings for EasyBlog layout in Settings > Layout > Post Options. Ensure that the option "Show Author Avatar" is enabled.

I am not sure what is the real issue here. I just tried to view the provided url of the blog post and the avatar does shows up correctly from my end, http://screencast.com/t/79IWDtfB . You can see it when you scrolled the blog post to the bottom. Am I missing something here?

Should there not be an avatar at the top pf the page where it says:

Blog posts by company founder and CEO, Stephanie Davies
Thoughts and opinions on the world of learning and development and the science of happy organisations and how to make everything better.

Ah I see. This is actually a default behavior for entry view where the avatar of the blogger will only appear in the biography section of the blog entry page which is located at the bottom of the blog post.
