You have to set them to be the same - If you have the latest version of EasyBlog... look in the back-end admin settings... somewhere (probably under integration or avatar tabs) there's a place where you can select EasySocial to be the common avatar source.

EasyBlog has its own database of Avatar while EasySocial also has its own because not everyone uses both component at the same time.

You can set EasyBlog to use EasySocial's avatar by going to the settings in EasyBlog.
