Do you mean some of the spam post published on your Easydiscuss page? And these spam post is actually coming from autoTweets?

If yes, I've checked in your site, it seems like you did not enable any Facebook/Twitter autopost feature from Easydiscuss. I suspect one of the reason why the autoTweet can publish in Easydiscuss, it could be one of the autoTweet plugin trigger this.

I've found out some of the autoTweets plugin enabled from backend, you can take a look of my attached screenshot below, I am not really sure what these plugin task, perhaps you can temporary disable it and see is it still have any Tweet post published in Easydiscuss page?
