We're really feeling pretty burnt. We have recommended Easyblog to hundreds of clients. We switched to Easyblog because of how well they handled autoposting to social media. Our clients expect this to work, we've built services around it.

Lately, we've been running into so many issues with Easyblog's autoposting to social media. While support has been helpful, we're running into multiple different issues with Facebook and Linked In connecting and posting consistently. They've been different issues each time.

With a lot of sites still on Joomla 2.5, we are even finding that it's not working all the time.

Is there a fix in site? We're at our wits end and I'm wondering if we need to find another solution.

We don't feel like Stackideas realizes how serious it is that this part of their product works smoothly.
Hey Chris,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Firstly, I do apologize for that and it's really not something that we can control on our end because both Facebook and Twitter is starting to restrict the behavior of their apps and change their API. The only way to really address this is to re-edit your apps and confirm to their standards.

For instance, on Facebook, auto posting wont work if your app does not have a namespace and there is nothing we can do to change this
