AutoPosting to Centralised Accounts not working

Hi.
I've set up autoposting in EB5. Just created a post, published it, but in the back-end it says the post has not been published to FB, Twitter and LinkedIn. Having checked my accounts for each service, they indeed have not been published. These are centralised accounts, not personal accounts.
Have I missed something?

Dave, I am currently checking another site which is having this issue. We will most likely be publishing the fix for this on 5.0.14 but if you can't wait for this release, please provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site and I will check

Oh, not to forget I need the login credentials to these social sites too.
