Hi Support

For some reason my auto publishing to FB & Co seems to have broken. As far as I can see it is also set up correctly in the back end. Could some one please take a look at this? Thanks

Paul
Hello Paul,

I have configure your facebook autoposting and it seems like your apps has been expired.
So what I did was recreate the facebook apps and it worked now. Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/PqKN6PbfkwH.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hi Mohd

Thanks very much for that.
"your apps has been expired"
I guess that this means that I need to login to Twitter & Linkedin Apps pages and update my apps right?

best

Paul

Hello Paul,

Yes, it will not share your post if the app is expired, please restore them to Autopost again.

Thanks:)

Hello Paul,

Sorry for the confusions but what my colleague actually meant was that the "session" has already expired for Facebook because Facebook only grants about 90 days of access before it automatically expires the token

Hi Support

Well what I did was in the autopost section, in the Easy Blog Settings…

Twitter:

I clicked on the Standard settings and this took me to a screen with the standard settings there was a button that with “Twitter App” or similar on it and I clicked on this and this took me too my Twitter developers account! In the twitter developers account I pressed save and logged out. Back in EB I was able to auto post to Twitter.

LinkedIn:

I did exactly the same with LinkedIn but this did not seem to work!!!

Now when I go to the standard settings in Auto posting for EB/LinkedIn I am not seeing a button telling me to update the app!

Any ideas?

thanks

Paul

@ Mark, thanks for jumping in but I think I actually understood (or thought that I understood) what the colleague said. Not sure it that is a good or bad thing

Hello Paul,

Please go to Joomla Backend > EasyBlog > Autoposting > Linked-in (standard settings) revoke your access and accept.
screenshot --> http://screencast.com/t/s6q8CpSD
If this does not work, please provide us your linkedIn credentials so I could check on your settings.

Thanks:)

Hi Khairul

I have tried what you suggested twice now but it does not seem to help. I would be very grateful if you could take a look at things. I will paste the information that you requite into the "Optional Information" in the field below.

thanks

Hello Paul,

I have configure your Linkedin autoposting and now its has worked. Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/wbJ7dgnpfu .

The problem is you forget to check: rw_nus and OAuth Redirect URL doesn't filled up.

If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Please be advise.
Thanks.
