Hello James,

What did you mean it is post by you? Do you want to post it by group? If so, it is not possible because facebook only allow you to simulate posting as a page but not a group.

Hi there,
thanks for getting back so quick.
Basically I have set up autoposting to a group. this works hiowever it posts as my own facbook profle.

So when i have other bloggers remotely blogging, it always shows as being posted by me.

Is there a way of having it show as coming from the group itelf or something?
Within the blog i have selected super user as being the account it comes from which is fine as i have changed the name of super user to the name of the website.

I have added a page id and a group id and they are set to be the same thing. I have selected 'no' to post as my facebook page....

Hello James,

Did you mean the blogger is using remote publishing? If so, remote publishing only can use only one user as the author which can be selected in the Remote Publishing setting. If this is not what you are using, can we have your backend, FTP and Facebook access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Please advise.

Hiya yes the blogger(s) are using remote publishing. it does work and the blogs are being posted on the website as the user I specififed in easyblog settings (super user) which is fine.
What i am wondering about is, when that blog then gets sent out to facebook, how can i get it posted as the group name or something other than me?
Does this require me to set up a new user in facebook with a name similar to the group, then associate that user with facebook in easyblog backend?

Thinking about it i can't think of any other way of doing it.
If it were a 'page' it would be easy but it's a group so i don't know how this would work....
