Are you using SH404 on your site? If you are using SH404, are you creating your post from the back end or the front end?

Thanks for your reply. This is a basic Joomla 3.x setup with no SH404

We do have .htaccess turn on and enable unicode URL

We have done some test, all english based URL work fine only have problem with URL contain non-english characters (spanish / italian / etc)

We have Easyblog installed on the same site and EasyBlog work well without any problem with UniCode URL.

*Note* We have tested with shorten URL configured turn on (and off) with EasyBlog
