Hi. Today you set autoposting feature about twitter and Facebook. I scheduled a post published 30 mins ago but it was not posted on the social network. Also i didn't receive the mail notification new post published that i receive usually.
I selected on FB autoposting settings the FB page where post but nothing happened and now i don't see the FB page in autoposting feature, please see the attachment.
I believe it is the Opengraph - EasyBlog plugin. I have turned it off, please try to post a new post and see if the post cover appears on Twitter

1. Is the post published on the site?

2. Please re-authenticate again to ensure that the pages privilege is correct.

Hey Francesco,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

Thanks for getting back to us your Facebook autopost is working now.

By the way, if you create a new blog post from your site without schedule the post, is it working?

Also, is it can provide us with your Twitter access so we can do some test post and see what is the issue causing this?

Provide us with your FTP access as well.

Hi. But the problem is not FB but twitter. Even if i schedule or not the post is shared on FB but never on Twitter. Also if i click on the twitter icon to share it manually i cannot.
I share FTP access and twitter access in the hide fields of the first message of this thread.
Try to share on twitter the post "Il Pirlo dei quartieri spagnoli".
Thanks.

Honestly i tried to share the post "La previsione di Vidal" manually on twitter but still doesn't work. Also I tried to create a new post to see if the autoposting works but it works only to FB, never twitter.
If you want try a create new blog post please before disable the autopost to FB and try it.
After you tried please delete the test post on my site, i'll delete from twitter.
So what's going on?

Hey Francesco,

Can you give it a try now? It should work fine now.

Because I already updated the correct Twitter app consumer public/secret key into your Easyblog Twitter autopost configuration page.

Tested and it works but with still an issue. In twitter post is shared the image placeholder instead of the image of the post. You can see in the attachment you added here too.

2 issues here:

1. The problem is because Twitter is crawling the site to look for the image. However, it looks like you have turned off the option "Enable Twitter Cards" under EasyBlog > Settings > Social Integrations > Twitter.

2. Another plugin seems to be injecting the twitter tags onto the header of the page. I believe it is coming from Sourcecoast. These tags seems to contain the placeholder image.
