Automatic upgrade failing

Hello,

I have been unable to upgrade using "installation via network" method.
This has been the case for the past 3 upgrades where I have had to manually download the package.
Please can you advice? I attach screen shot.

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
