Automatic pin to group

I see that if I don't pin the message in a Group, the message is visible only for my user, but if I pin the message everybody can see this message. In this case, every time I need to pin the message if I want to public the mssage. Is to possible to autopin the message when I create a new one?

I solved the problem. In my case the cause of the problem is not that the post is not pinned but that the admin's posts are hiddens. In attach can you see where is possible to eanable to show the admin's posts with the option Explicitly Display Site Admin's Story Posting. Now I have a fantastic solution for my page
