Hi

Upon updating successfully, all members that have not logged in for a while have been sent an email asking them to come back. This is a great feature.

Can I ask though please, where can I find the control for this? Can I set how often these emails get sent out? Can i edit the wording? Can i choose who it gets sent to and who it doesn't?

Thanks
Hey Alex,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Unfortunately that was not possible to automatic send out the email to ask them come back to login at this point of time.

Regarding with your second question:
>> Yes, you can edit the email content, may i know which email default content you would like to modify, so I can show you the correct file.
>> Unfortunately that was not possible to select which user you would like to notify.

Hi

I think you may have misunderstood. The email was sent out, I am not asking if it is possible, it happened.

This was the email that was sent out

"We miss you!
This is a sytem reminder of your inactive account at Multi Kingdom 萬能王國

You are receiving this email because you have enabled e-mail alerts in your profile.

Manage Your Alerts"

It was sent out to anyone who has not logged in, in a while, I was just wondering if it is possible to know more about this?

Regarding the emails that are sent out, I would like to change the content of all of them, as I would like to have them in Chinese and English.

Thanks

Hello Alex,

I'm sorry for the confusion earlier. The only thing you can control currently is this: http://screencast.com/t/aR7vPolJlRu . You can find this settings in Backend>Easysocial>Settings>Users>Workflow. To change the content, you can check this file: ../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/emails/html/user/remind.inactive.php.

Hope this helps.
