Automated Truncation doesn't work with Quickpost

Hello.
1. Enable Automated Truncation option in backend.
2. Create quickpost with long text.
Result: Text is still long.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like I was unable to access your test site, it keep loading until timeout.

May i know what is that page? Perhaps you can share with us what is that menu item type?

Because I did tested in my locally, it did get truncated for those quick post content on blog listing page.

From what I check, it seems like your "Truncation type" set to "By paragraph (Number of paragraphs - 5)", mean it will only truncate the blog content if the blog content contain this <p> tag after number 6th <p> tag then only truncate the content.

I assume you do not want to use this truncate type, then I temporary switch to "Character" truncate type, can you give it a check is it get truncate now?
