I have check your Facebook apps and it seems like you didn't setup your Facebook apps completely. I have helped you fix the Facebook Apps. Regarding the error displayed, http://screencast.com/t/RqkGrZP4WhWU , it seems like it is hitting 500 error. It is very general error which means something has gone wrong on the web site's server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is. Can you consult with your web hosting provider about this issue so that we can continue fixing the issue on your site. Can you update us back what your web hosting provider response?
Furthermore, I check your phpinfo and it seems like your site max_execution_time = 30. Can you increase to 120 or more? And can you provide us with error log so that we can check this issue much quicker?

I Changed max_execution_time to 120 but didn't fix my error.

In my country facebook site is filter, I have VPN on my PC for using this site but there isn't any VPN on our web hosting server.

Could this problem occur just because of the mentioned matter?

Can you try consult regarding this with your webhosting provider and see is it help much here? Also can you provide us with your Error log file so we can check that got any error show in your error log file.
