I have set up the system to post from an email sent to a dedicated email as per your instructions. The default ordinarily is for subscribers not to be notified how do i make sure this is maintained. When I post I do not want the subscribers to be auto notified unless I log in to ask for it separately
Please advise
Hi Steve,

Are you saying that when new post is created, you do not want to send email notifications to subscribers?

I could not access your backend to check your settings. Can you make sure that these settings are disabled, then try again? https://take.ms/LNvNZ

Up until now I had only created a post on an individual basis and the default switch was set to not notifying subscribers that a new post was available. I then chose which to select to send out on creation.
I don't know what the settings you point to in the screenshot were before but clearly they are not switched off at the moment.
Are you therefore saying in order to not send out because I used an email submission that all these need to be turned off?
But I can then send out if I select on an individual basis when i create a post from front or back end ??

That is correct. If you do not want to auto send out emails to subscribers for new posts, then you must disable those settings.

What do you mean by 'individual basis'?

If you are referring to this button from the backend(https://take.ms/Ihfcq), then you have to enable back the setting before clicking on it IF you want to send notification emails to subscribers.
