I have JReviews integrated with EasySocial and everything was working well until very recently when Users are automatically logged out when clicking on a listing to open it.

I checked with J Reviews and Alejandro said their product is not able to log out a user automatically and it must be a plugin conflict.

The only plugin that relates to user login and logout is EasySocial, could you check for me please?

You can check with any listing in the Directory menu when logged in through your support username.

Thank you in advance.
Hey Richard,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here.

It looks like you are requesting support for a different domain than your main domain. Please take note that your license only entitles you to support for 1 domain only. If you need support for an additional domain, I would suggest that you upgrade your license to the Unlimited version or purchase an additional support subscription.

Hi Mark,

Not sure what you mean, i only have 1 domain, the support is for the same domain as before, the only difference is I now have SSL running on the domain so it is https instead of http, but you can still access via http as it will redirect if you so wish.

It is still the same website/domain and all 4 components are tied to it in the dashboard.

Update:

In case your system does not treat http and https as the same domain, I have changed support for all 4 components to https

Update 2

As https is not getting any response to the forum post, I have changed everything back to http as you can still access the site using http.

I managed to solve the JReviews issue by turning off the 'Force SSL' in the Server section of Joomla Administration (it wasn't necessary as SSL originates from the host server) so just require confirmation the http domain settings are ok.

Hey Richard,

Your support request was made previously for the domain of http://www.dealthenuts.com . However, it looks like now you are requesting for support on a different domain?

Am I missing anything here?

The initial support was for that domain but it has been inactive/offline for a very long time now and will disappear when the domain expires. The only active domain is the current one listed in the dashboard and this has been the case for some time.

Hi Mark,

I thought i should clarify to avoid any confusion.

I only do my own projects/websites, not for anyone else and have only ever asked for support on this site once the other one had died (sometimes project don't work out). There was no overlap. The initial beta testing i did for ES would have been made on the old site mentioned in your post.

You have my cpanel details from other tickets, feel free to access and confirm the above if you wish.

Hey Richard,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply, I was occupied with the beta release of EasySocial 1.4. Thanks for taking the time to clarify on support license usage. I will put a note that support will now only be provided for http://bowlschat.com . Should you require support for other domains in the future, please consider upgrading your license.

Anyway, I have been trying to reproduce this error on the site by accessing https://www.bowlschat.com/directory/associations and clicking on some of the listing here, but I am not being logged out automatically, so I am not too sure how to reproduce the error.

Hi Mark,

Good luck with Easy Social 1.4, it looks very good indeed and I am sure it will be a successful update. I expect to be using the current domain for a long time and will certainly upgrade if adding new projects/domains in the future.

Ref the JReviews issue, thank you for looking at it and upon further investigation i can confirm it is not a conflict with EasySocial (sorry). I managed to isolate the problem as a SSL conflict with the default CloudFlare settings and after a few adjustments it is now resolved and logout does not occur with full site SSL active.

Hey Richard,

Thanks for the heads up on this, glad that your issues are resolved now You can actually install 1.4 on your current domain (once 1.4 is out) . We are only limiting the support and not the installation
