I cant seem to find where to allow registered users to be able create a new category when they are logged in and creating a new post. ACL is set to allow them to but i cannot find the option. Many thanks

The option that allows them to manage their categories is at 'Categories' under 'Manage' section in the toolbar profile drop-down menu as shown in the screenshot.
