Authors Section not working

Hello,

I am Using easy blog version 5.0.44 and Joomla! 3.6.5. when I click on authors tab in easy social I got error "Error decoding JSON data: Syntax error". Please check screenshot.
Can you update your following details at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

- Joomla backend
- FTP access
- PHPMYADMIN

The reason why we needed your PHPMYADMIN access is because when you hitting this error most likely is one of the JSON data not stored correctly from your database.
