Because EasyBlog's ACL is tightly integrated with the Joomla user groups, you could use any 3rd party payment extensions which integrates with Joomla user groups.

What you could do is to create a new user group called "Subscribed Authors" and give them the privileges to publish blog post and the rest of the groups do not have such privileges.

Most payment plugins allows you to upgrade the user's group in Joomla and when the user pays, upgrade them to the Subscribed Authors group
