Administrators working on the website are not able to see - EasySocial > Pages.

How can I grant Administrators access to Pages?

EasySoicial 2.0.3
Can you check the page categories for who is authorized?

Did you rename 'registered users' to one of those?

Also - how did you set your 'Pages' app settings?

Hi Bridgette,

No, I didn't rename 'registered users'. I'm not sure what you mean about 'Pages' app settings?

You have:

Colleagues

Administrators

Are those profile types or Joomla user groups you set up?

On my site, I have Registered users in that field. That is why I asked if you renamed that profile type.

I'm not sure what you mean about 'Pages' app settings?

On the admin side of ES, click on applications. Then search for pages.

There are 3 or 4 - I can't recall exactly. Open those and make sure the settings are as you like.

that's what I mean by 'apps'

I have a little bit lost here, do you mean you referring the `Pages` is from your site frontend Easysocial 'Pages'?

If yes, perhaps you can update your Joomla backend access so I can better have a check from your current user group structure?

By the way, thanks for sharing Bridgette

Hi Bridgette and Arlex,

No I didn't rename profile types, they are still Joomla default. I checked the apps settings and they are published and should be viewable by Admins as far as I can see.

I will open a private ticket now as this seems to be something "more" than a simple problem.
