Author Profile read more

Hi again
A question about the author profile. My profile/biography is rather long and it adds 1300 words at the bottom of every blog post. How can I cut this down to about 150 words and display a 'read more' link? I've tried adding </p><hr id="system-readmore" /><p> but it doesn't display a read more link in the biography.

Hello Elle,

We don't implement read more in biography. However, you can provide us your backend and FTP so we can add a minor changes for the bio area.

Hi Elle,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as it weekends for all of us here.

I've added the modification inside your /templates/rt_cerulean/html/com_easyblog/blogs/entry/author.php but it seems like the changes is not taking effect on your site. It might be due to the cache on your joomla template. Can you try to clear the cache and see if the modification will work on your site?
