I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "view the author of the photos of a news article published on easyblog", do you mean once you upload an image in an blog post it will shows the name of the author? If yes, unfortunately, there is no setting for that currently. Where in the image you only can put it as caption.

We don't have an "author" field but you could use the caption field I suppose? You can insert the caption via the media manager, http://take.ms/P3hZ6
