Is there any way to have the <meta name="author"> meta tag show up on a blog entry with the author's name?
The Blogger does have a G+ link on his Google Page but when i test with Structured Data Testing Tool, I get this error

Authorship is not working for this webpage.
Authorship can be explicitly established via two primary methods: email verification or rel=author markup. Keep reading for more details on the implementation of each method for this page

Hello Anirudh,

Firstly, is the author info area disabled? If it is disabled, Google will not be able to find the author tag. The author info should be available in the author area below the blog post when you are viewing the full blog post.

If it is already enabled, ensure that you setup the authorship correctly here, https://plus.google.com/authorship

Hello Anirudh Kumar,

I have replied in this post thread -> http://stackideas.com/forums/author-metatag-not-visible
By the way, you can enable the option from your backend > Easyblog > setting > layout > general tab > User > Display author info
Hope this help.
